Mazan (“the Service”), operated by YallaPs, is a platform that lets law firms receive client enquiries over WhatsApp and manage legal matters. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is not legal advice
Mazan is software that helps a law firm intake and manage your matter. Communicating through it does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship, and automated messages are not legal advice. Legal advice and representation are provided by the law firm you engage, on its own terms.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate information, use the Service lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it. You are responsible for the content you send.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but provide it “as is” without warranties, and may change or suspend features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YallaPs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Responsibility for legal services rests with the engaged law firm.
